Most of my theories and stories aren't that far off of most speculations made by Zelda fans, in fact some of them are inspired by those theories. I probably won't elaborate on why certain things are the way that they are in my stories and theories, because that can be theorized by you. Generally the story that goes with a common theory can be analyzed and make sense because of other stories I made up, or because of factual things from Zelda itself. I understand that I may make some mistakes, that contradict main Zelda things that are confirmed, and if I do, I encourage you to comment on them and I will look into it and change it if I see fit. Now take this into consideration if you tell me that something in my theories and stories can't be true, that the series of Zelda contradicts itself all the time, whether it be because the creators changed their minds or something of the sort, but it does happen. Finally, I know that there are many errors in English grammar and spelling in my articles, but they are meant to be bullet points of sorts, and I am not that good at writing in a proper manor.
1. One incarnation of Link that came in the early part the Hylian Civil War was left in the care of the Zora people by his father, because it turns out that he had a twin, and they were both born to a Great Fairy mother and a Hylian father that had just migrated from Skyloft, and babies born of full Fairy decent will be a part of quadruplets, but if they are only half fairy, then they will be part of a twin complex (I know that wasn't even a complete thought, and the because doesn't really make sense, but I'm getting to it). Since there was two of them though, and they were Hylian size, then the Fairies could only feed and shelter one of them, so they left one child with the Zoras of whom they thoroughly trusted, and kept the other. Oddly enough though, they were both named Link, and more strangely, they were given half of the Triforce of Courage each
2. They tested many different items that they made on Link, to see if any could allow him to swim in deep waters with ease, and not have to come up for air like he normally would have to
3. Sadly though, since his brother was never discovered, when Ganondorf took over Hyrule as he always does, he sealed the Zoras into ice as usual, and this included Link because he wasn't strong enough without his unknown brother
4. Upon sealing this Link into a sort of cryostasis, Ganondorf defeated himself in a way, because the half of the Triforce of Courage that was in this Link, transferred to his Fairy brother and so he was eventually able to defeat Ganon
5. 100 years after this Ganondorf was defeated, his spell on the Zoras wore off, and Link was also set free
6. The revived Link felt greatly invigorated, because unbeknownst to him, he gained the full Triforce of Courage, which meant Ganondorf had returned again
7. The Link raised by Fairies never set the Zoras free, because none of his fairy tribe mates found out about the happenings to the Zoras until they had been set free, and this is because they were to busy trying to stay alive themselves
