The Legend of Zelda: Behind Enemy Lines (Part II- Demise, Ganondorf, Ganon, Koume, Kotake, Gerudo, Zuna, Ghirahim, Vaati, Agahnim, and Zant)

Most of my theories and stories aren't that far off of most speculations made by Zelda fans, in fact some of them are inspired by those theories. I probably won't elaborate on why certain things are the way that they are in my stories and theories, because that can be theorized by you. Generally the story that goes with a common theory can be analyzed and make sense because of other stories I made up, or because of factual things from Zelda itself. I understand that I may make some mistakes, that contradict main Zelda things that are confirmed, and if I do, I encourage you to comment on them and I will look into it and change it if I see fit. Now take this into consideration if you tell me that something in my theories and stories can't be true, that the series of Zelda contradicts itself all the time, whether it be because the creators changed their minds or something of the sort, but it does happen. Finally, I know that there are many errors in English grammar and spelling in my articles, but they are meant to be bullet points of sorts, and I am not that good at writing in a proper manor.
--Even though Nintendo, or whoever it was, released an official timeline of the Legend of Zelda games, I have found errors in it, so I will eventually make one of my own. This post has stuff in it that would contradict that timeline; this is why I am warning you.

1. The rods (brooms) that Twinrova uses are actually the Fire Rod and Ice Rod found in A Link to the Past
2. Twinrova is the original form of Koume and Kotake and not the secondary form, but she had two personalities that conflicted so much over the years, that they split into two forms, but they were degraded and old, because they weren't complete.
3. Originally Twinrova was just a normal Gerudo named Koumtake, with normal Gerudo skin color, but she was wrongfully sent to the Twilight Realm during the same period of time as the Shiekah Link and while in the Twilight Realm her personalities split and gained great powers. Although they gained great power, they became very ugly and looked like they were rotting because they gained an ugly green skin. When the Shiekah Link took the throne from the current ruler of Twilight, he needed a bride so that he could have a successor but he couldn't find a beautiful enough woman. He was also very cruel in that he decided to execute any old and ugly creatures found in the twilight. He was going to execute Koume and Kotake because they were so hideous, but he saw something special about each of them, and decided to see if he could try and combine the two of them and make a beautiful woman when they were combined. With his powers as ruler of Twilight, he did just that, and took Twinrova as his bride, but he didn't realize that they could still split apart should they choose to. Eventually Koume and Kotake felt spite over Shiekah Link trying to kill them, and they finally did that to him, but for doing so, the people of Twilight banished them back to the Light World and eventually nursed the evil Ganondorf. This is the reason that Twinrova winks at Link in Ocarina of Time, because she remembers marrying a man that looked just like him.
4. When Koume and Kotake were sent back to the Light World, they were each pregnant with Link's other kids besides the Fierce Deity. These kids are the descendents of the Zuna Tribe. They built the Pyramid of Power.
5. When Ganondorf destroyed the Fused Shadow in Twilight Princess, he accidentally transferred its powers to the Trident of Greed and the rest of the Antitriforce of Greed to the Trident. Also when he destroyed the Fused Shadow, the Trident flew high into the air and landed in the Dessert of Drought. The Zuna put it into the Pyramid as relic then. Ganondorf also put a curse on the Trident when he destroyed the Fused Shadow.
6. Vaati is the reincarnation of Ghirahim.
7. All the creatures that the main companions of Link like; Midna and Navi, are reincarnations of Fi.
8. The Zuna learned how to manipulate electricity and they used it as their main weapon. They became dessert Sorcerers of Lightning.
9. Agahnim was originally an outcast member of the Zuna Tribe. He left them to see if he could find someone to accept him. Eventually he found the Sheikah, who accepted him in secret. The taught him a lot.
10. Before Ganon was sealed in the Dark World, he released Vaati from the Four Sword yet again (At the end of Four Swords Adventures, when Link supposedly destroyed Vaati, he actually just destroyed his final two forms and returned him into Vaati reborn. Also, when Link thrust the sword into Vaati, he imprisoned him in the sword for the final time. Yes, this means that Ganon and Vaati were both sealed in the Four Sword for a time, but when Ganon was reborn, his spirit left the sword, but Vaati stayed.), but Vaati was extremely weak. He needed a body that Vaati could inhabit. One day when he and his band of thieves destroyed a Sheikah settlement, he killed all of the Sheikah but found a strange creature that cowered in a corner. This creature was in fact the Zuna named Agahnim. Ganondorf had found the perfect body for Vaati to inhabit. Ganondorf used his powers to transfer Vaati's soul to Agahnim's body. Now there were two souls in one body, but Vaati's spirit was the dominate soul by far. The only known act that was done by the will of Agahnim himself, was to turn all of the Zuna tribe into cactus people that were banished from the Dessert of Doubt and could only defend themselves by shocking those who got close.
11. The new Agahnim was able to trick the other Sheikah tribes by telling them that huge freak lightning storm had killed all the Sheikah he was living with and he narrowly escaped. Through clever tricks and ruses new Agahnim was able to weasel his way into close relations with the royal family. By now, it had been several years since Ganon had been trapped in the Dark World. Ganon had told Agahnim to do everything in his power to gain the trust of the Royal Family so he could dispose of them without much resistance.
12. Since Agahnim was now a combination of himself and Vaati, he had many powers. Since Vaati was imprisoned in the Four Sword for a long time, he gained some powers from it. Vaati gained the power to split himself into three copies but two of the copies were just illusions because Vaati wasn't imprisoned in it for long enough still. So Agahnim also had this ability plus his control over lightning and some Sheikah tricks that he learned.
13. The symbol of Agahnim is inspired by the Sheikah who took him in and his lightning ancestry.
14. When Ganon released Vaati from the Four Sword, he actually split it into four swords which he was able to carry with him (because his former body and also Vaati, had corrupted it). Due to its corruptions four weaker spirits than Vaati had been created in reminiscence of its previous owner (Link). Ganon was able to pull these spirits from each part of the split Four Sword also, but they were still connected to the sword in a way, and were essentially the essence of the corruption in the sword. Whoever defeats those spirits would restore the Four Sword to good.
15. Ganondorf took the sword with him to the Sacred Realm. When he moved the Pyramid of Power from the Dessert of Doubt and crushed the Temple of Light with it, he designed a dungeon that anyone, including himself, would have to go through to get to his chamber or exit.
16. Agahnim gained the power to turn into a Keese after experimenting with many incantations.
17. Ganon's plans of destroying anyone who wanted to face him by making them go through the Palace of the Four Sword, was messed up when Agahnim went crashing into the top of the Pyramid to warn Ganon of Link's impending coming. This caused Ganon to seal the end of the Palace of the Four Sword from his chamber, so that Link would only have one way to access him and Ganon would have the upper hand.
18. When Agahnim is defeated the second time, you actually kill Agahnim's spirit and only Vaati now inhabits Agahnim's body.
19. Agahnim taught Ganon how to control Keese.
20. After Agahnim warned Ganon about Link, Ganon told him to go into deep hiding so Agahnim could revive him in the future. Agahnim never wasn't able to revive Ganon in his normal lifetime, so he placed himself inside the Trident of Greed so he could rest in it until someone unleashed him, which would allow him the strength so he could get the Triforce and revive Ganondorf. (After Skyward Sword, none of the characters in the game know that they are being reincarnated over and over. This is why Ganon wants to be revived and doesn't realize that he will just be born again in not too many years.)
21. Zant is the reincarnation of Ghirahim, because every time Fi is reincarnated, so is Ghirahim.
22. Once Agahnim is defeated long after the events of A Link to the Past, he (Ghirahim/Vaati/Zant/new Agahnim) is reincarnated into another being that is the right hand of Ganondorf.
23. The key people who are suppose to be reincarnated in each Legend of Zelda are: Zelda (Hylia) and her right hand Impa, Demise and his right hand Ghirahim, and Link and his right hand Fi. The right hand characters are always reincarnated when their companions are, but sometimes their part in the story isn't told in the Legend because it is forgotten.
